As long as we can convince people to keep borrowing I don't see where fear has anything to do with ot.Borrow, tell the monkeys we can get 'em more free stuff, tell 'em they're entitled. Tell then anybody who has more stuff than you do got it unfairly. As Owen's controller says, "it's all about fairness".
