Stone Says Carl's Campaign Has Crippled its Candidate

As he said on the HOTLINE yesterday, veteran political consultant Roger Stone says the Paladino campaign is not taking his advice and has created a characature of its candidate.....Stone says Paladino must dial back the talk of affairs, girlfriends and love children.
He says Mr. Paladino is a serious man who understands the issues but that the campaign has lost control of its message and had better get it back.
Check out the interview on this link, as its an interesting window into the campaign of a rookie candidate running for high office.
The question is not whether Roger is right on this one...He is. The question is, has the damage been too great ?

Any election can turn on a dime. Last year the 23rd turned on a dime twice, in about the same amount of time we have left for this race. So no it is not too late...in theory.

I like the question you said was not the question better. Roger is right...but so were you and probably a lot of other armchair quarterbacks. Which invites the follow up question...where does Stone separate himself from just a guy like you or some of the better commentators on this blog, into the category of expert? I guess if you get paid for it then you are a professional?

This is somewhat comical. Roger Stone is Paladino's political consultant. Is he admitting culpability or giving excuses so he can distance himself from a guy that is being seen as New York's version of Sharon Angle.

He is Palidino's consultant???
He said he offered free advice and did not say if it was taken.
He is Davis's consultant and in that capacity he would do best to paint Palidino as having no chance so that we don't mind wasting our votes on her. On the show yesterday he did not come out and say Carl had no chance but he gently nudged us to think that.

The question is not whether Stone is right; the question is how many lies he is telling. I count at least one.

LMAO. Let's just say if the Dems had more opponents like Crazy Carl and even crazier witch woman O'Donnell this cycle would be a cakewalk. Keep running them Teabaggers at us! Run, Sarah, run!

I enjoy the Republican and Conservative parties' new breed of T.E.A. Party candidates.

Although, I think they'd be even more entertaining if they all squeezed into one of those clown cars and carpooled to campaign events together, like the freak show that they are. :)

Now that Hoffman is out you need to dig down deeeep. It will be interesting to see how long you hibernate after these elections.
