The latest polling shows the Democrats poised for a decisive sweep of the top statewide races, with Andrew Cuomo sporting a 20 point lead over Carl Paladino, a number that is remaining steady in various serveys. Senators Schumer and Gillibrand also have big leads.
What do you say ? It's over for these races, but there are many other important races including those for comptroller and attorney general as well as our local races.
And don't forget, the need for strategic voting in the governor's race...Which party line you vote on makes a difference.

Off this topic but I see the upstate NY canidates are recieving endorcements from the NYC republicans such as Koch Guliania and Pataki...But Ive been reading for months these are the bad guys.. Voting for NYC politicans is BAD and Aubertine and Russell and oh yeh Owens are bad guys because they vote for NYC politicans.. Is it a double standard or what.. Possibly its wrong Possibly its NYC GOP that stinks.. I confused Which way is it.. NYC Democrats are corrupt. So they send GOP majorrity leader Brunno to prison.. I forgot its Republicans that are bad or is it ahhhhhhhhhhh which is it....
Let me 'splain it to ya:
It's not just that democrats suck more than republicans these days...which they do.
The problem stems from the fact that downstate is overwhelmingly represented by democrats and in addition democrats overwhelmingly represent downstate and so when the democrats are in power they enact policy that overwhelmingly favors downstate.
Take for instance the new law that pretends inmates living here in our country are living somewhere downstate. That law that Aubertine voted for.

Elephants screwed up this stae as badly as the Donkeys have -- remember Pataki , Bruno ,and The Republican Senate Coup where these SAME guys got in cahoots with Espada and Monserrate and held up the business of governing for a month .
