Labor Dispute Pits FOX Against Obama Administration

In a shot across the bow type of move the Obama administration is suing FOX News over a long standing dispute between the network and one of ots reporters over allegations of age and sex discrimination.
Catherine Herridge had complained in 2006 that women and blacks don't get choice shift assignments and she had made complaints to the EEOC.
FOX is a not part of the Obama-mania media, a termed coined by Sean Hannity. Indeed the President has called the network "destructive" to the nation's long term goals.
The action by Washington may be seen as a chilling effect on a hostile news source.
Fox News sued by feds for retaliating against reporter Catherine Herridge in sex, age bias case

Mayor, this is a good example of being too smart by half, as in do we have on the job inequality here at Fox, or do we have a President and unfortunately the DEM. Party going after a news source. It smells like Putin ---aladino to me. The President and the Democratic Party need to make it clear that they know a foul s taking place here. That Fox is a respected news source. And they just have to get over this Sean and Rush fixation. Mr.Murdoch came to this country and saved a heck of a lot of Jobs. The NY Posts being the perfect example of that, he operates it at a loss every year. The man owns Newspapers and Radio Stations, etc. Mr. President and the Democratic Party, needs to pick its fights on the issues and not politicize the news, by attacking news sources for political purposes. Oh, lastly People of Fox be fair about shift assignments in the future so someones, anyone's rights aren't infringed on. I know Fox News is not about that, but why let this assignment issue go this far. And by the way, AND ITS A LONG WAY, no one has a right to say that FOX is really guilty of this. And Mayor,be fair as you always get around to being, stop making fun of people for tuning into MSNBC all the time. It really is all about mutual respect isn't it? Let respect other and not forget to have a sense of humor.

Six lines and and a fight for fair play is to much ... ? Right is Right, and Fox News is not the bad guy here. I vote all sides have their say, and Fox has a right to theirs without someone attacking them like this.

There are two oo's in "too much". No wonder you can't get a teaching job. But running off at the mouth is considered a strength for those people. I wouldn't ditch that angle.

I'm glad you showed to English for one day of instruction and learned that rule. My day in class had to do with 'i' before 'e', except after 'c'. So There. And I've been endorsed by the toughest kids in NYC as the best they ever had so ease up on me. I'm the sensitve type.
