On a turnout of 4.5 million, thats a margin of victory for Andrew Cuomo of nearly 1.2 million....
Now for the sake of Andrews ego that big margin is gratifying....But instead of 1.2 million, lets say he wins by 1 million...Then those 200K could vote for third party candidates and help them get a ballot spot for four years.
Four years ago, we let Eliot Spitzer run up the score...70%.....He ended up a failure, in part because the big margin went to his head.
Let Andrew win by less...The humility will be good for him.

There will never be less than 10% - hell, less than 15% unenjoyment - until Wall Street again "invests in America" to keep jobs here. Fat chance of that happening when they can get their micros made by ChiComs for a $1.25 an hour instead of a Union "living wage" of $15 an hour here. Repubs can blame the Unions all they want for chasing Wall Street "offshore" by jacking their wages out of sight - floor sweepers earning $22 an hour - but it wasn't the Unions and their $22 an hour floor sweepers that chased Wall Street to Peking. And, until that changes - until Wall Street returns home - those unenjoyment rates will continue to rise, Obama or no Obama, Mitt or no Mitt.
You need to update your philosophy of life, Evul. It is a world economy out there and one has to learn to make a living in it. You should also know that our tax structure is now tougher on the stock people, which is why places like the London and Hong Kong markets are growing and NY is dying. But you don't want to hear that. There's your "Global Economy." The ONLY way Americans can make any money in the new Global Economy is to invest in those "emerging markets," becuz there sure as hell isn't any money to be made on Main Street at the factory.
