Blankenbush: I'll Vote for Paladino

It was like pulling teeth, but in a HOTLINE interview today, GOP Assembly candidate Ken Blankenbush said he is voting for his party's candidate for Governor, Carl Paladino.
Mr. Blankenbush called in from his State Street insurance office and said his campaign is doing well and that he is not focused on statewide races where the GOP is doing poorly.
Mr. Blankenbush said he is hearing about state spending, regulations on business, and jobs during his visits to homes and forums across the sprawling four county Assembly District now held by Diedre Scozzafava.
Mr. B revealed his favorite entree at Pete's is chicken parm....
Opponent Brian McGrath is the guest on Monday.

It was like pulling teeth for him to put an answer together. How would he ever be able to get our message across on hte assmebly floor when he can't even get his message across to your over the phone.

Wow that's not what jeff said- it was whether he supported Pladino- not his message.
As for McGrath, this "I was raised on a family farm" thing is bizarre.
At best it's a stretch.
His whole "best and the brightest" speel is offensive.
He apparently believes anyone that stayed and made a living in this district is stupid.

It's really simple - McGrath is pro-gay marriage, pro-abortion and is being led around by AN INCUMBANT Dede Scozzafava. I will not vote for any incumbants this year and the gay marriage and abortion positions are not for me.

I think I speak for a lot of people who are fed up with this race and just want it over with. I'm for Blankenbush, but more than that I'm for Nov. 3rd.

3:25PM, McGrath hasn't encouraged or promoted the use abortion. He, like a lot of sane Americans, believe that big government should not be able to tell an American woman what legal medical procedures she can or cannot undergo. That's libertarian and shows a healthy respect for the Constitution and its protections.

People who label pro-choice candidates as "pro-abortion" are ignorant, lying snakes.

Jeff gets two thumbs down for this stunt.
Obviously republicans want to distance themselves from Carl and those that vote for him are going to be doing so holding their nose.

Gotcha gotcha gotcha journalism.

It would have been friendlier to ask for something he agrees with and something he disagrees with Carl on.

And then we could put the libruls in the same hot-seat in regards to Cuomo.

Although, when a librul says they are moderate and you stop yourself from laughing when you realize she is serious, you should at least ask her who she would consider liberal, if not herself.

I cant believe he will vote for Palidino and not Ritchie.. Of course Ritchie is voting for McGrath because her good friend in Governeur has endorsed him..

Who is he 454? Blankenbush. He is not in Patty's district if you knew anything you are talking about. Why does Ritchie have to come into everything that is put on here. You know as well as I do that McGrath is not in her district either retard.

Sounds like Ken is a team player.

I like that.

5:16 you are the retard. I am in Rutland and Darrel is my Senator (hence, Ritchie v. Aubertine) and Dede is my Assemblyperson (hence, Blankenbush v. McGrath)

Does Blankenbush support the cuts that Paladino is proposing to make to the Counties? He is supposedly the Chair of the Legislature and his job is supposed to be to look out for the best interests of the residents of this County...not for the candidate that Don Coon tells him to support. If he supports a person of that temperament to be Governor..I question Mr.Blankenbush's judement.

No 9:31 you are the retard. Blankenbush and McGrath are not in her district. Patty will therefore not be voting for either, it would be Russell or Forsythe retard.

I just feel the term 'RETARD' is no longer politically correct and NYS has spent a fortune to come up with the term, 'Mentally Challanged,' and I hate seeing all that money go to waste. So if your going to call MCM a re.... please consider calling me metally challanged instead. I'll consider it a favor. :) You guys have to get out more and get a sense of humor. Please.

Mikey, you're a RETARD.

There, we wasted all that money.
Won't be the first time.

Mcgrath has a lot of skeletons in the closet and if you fall for his "I am an outsider" then you are naive!! We don't need another sleeze in Albany. Send him back to NY and maybe he will finally find a real job! We don't need to help his unemployed status by putting him in office
