The two GOP Congressional hopefuls square off in a few hours in Plattsburgh, and reports say Doug Hoffman plans to demand an apology from his rival Matt Doheny....Its all over those new Doheny commercials charging Hoffman with profiteering off his campaign.......
Will there be a game changer tonight ? Doubtful...both sides will be cautious, trying to avoid a mistake.

I heard the second half of the hotline today. And I know that you often just agree with Duff to get him to shut his dumb mouth. But if you were being candid, could you explain again how we know that Doheny beats Hoffman?
If i heard him correctly it is because that is what the party leaders want. But the party leaders wanted Dede too and that mattered squat.
But just before Duffs call I think you wisely admitted that you (like the rest of us) don't even know who is more likely to win much less who will win. Although I would suspect that the wealthier campaign would have gathered some statistics by now and if they were in his favor he would have published them.

No its not going to be a personality contest. Its going to come down to decency. If the attacks get to wild then the one putting them out will be beaten. This last add by Doheny is probably fact but it borders indency when someone filmed Mr. Hoffman during a moment .. Does Doheny pick his nose or make a face blow his nose or any of that stuff... That was filmed and introduced to cause Mr. Hoffman to look retarded... I wonder how Matt looked the night he was arrested. Babbling and threatning the authorities in handcuffs.. Must have looked quite foolish..
Decency... Yeh right... Doheny and his dreamteam dont know what the word means.

Unless things change alot I know who I am voting for.
My Father was a town superviser for many years. It was common for the town officails to (where leagl) put any surplusses somewhere where they could gain a few bucks interest on it before they had to use it, in the interest of saving a few bucks for the taxpayers. For those who are all in a tizzy about Hoffmanm "profiting" from this, have you checked out the interest rates lately? Not much profit to be made. Even with a substantial amount of money deposited.
