There apparently will be a GOP Congressional debate in Plattsburgh on September 1, hosted by UNYTEA, the local tea party group supporting Doug Hoffman.
Meanwhile, a spat escalated today between Team Hoffman and the campaign of Matt Doheny as Hoffman's group demanded to see the documentation on two six year old alleged BUI incidents on the St. Lawrence River involving Mr. Doheny.
This is mostly an attempt to drag out the story at a time when voters are just getting to know Mr. Doheny. There were no arrests resulting from the incidents and Doheny has said he regrets his bad judgment.

And that should be good enough. He fessed up. Give it rest. Lets focus on some real issues for the election please.
I'm losing a lot of respect for DOug Hoffman. He should cut his advisors. Maybe that's just the type of guy he is.
YUP.. Once your caught Fess up quick... No arrests heh...If he was charged he was arrested. Period.
I really think we aught to give it a rest. It has become very obvious over the past three or four months exactly what Matt Doheny is all about..

How did he get from where he was drinking to the boat? Oh car heh.. Drives car drunk also..
I thought UNYTEA and the tea party movement were only about fiscal policies. Then, I went to their website and read about the other things they proudly "support and believe in". Please do the same.
