Today is Tax Day and Americans are finishing up filing their returns and many are using the occasion to take part in rallies against growth in government and the burgeoning federal deficit.
Tea Party (Taxed Enough Already) folks are to gathering in NNY including an afternoon rally in downtown Watertown.
Come on out and take part and then go home and watch the MSM call you a moron and racist.

If I wasn't working in order to afford our ever-increasing Nanny State, I would be participating in one of our local Tea (Taxed Enough Already?) parties.
Was anyone carrying any signs complaining about the billions in subsidies spent on wind turbines in NY. 73% of which goes to the European Union?
How about all the PILOT money JefCo is going to give to big foreign wind while us poor slobs have to pay our fair share of taxes and mortgage and filing fees.
Any signs about that? Or is the Tea Party as unaware about local government waste as the rest of the citizens?
How about the devaluation of land all along the Lake and River because of big foreign wind.

Yes wiley you said it. The tea party has it head in the sand about real issues that are happening right down the street. They are blind.
The tea parties are aware of all the spending stupidity going on in this area as well as in the nation. They are generally well read and regular hard working Americans who love their country and their liberty.

Now I realize you are desperate to change the subject when anyone brings up taxes. So we're to believe that the real problem is tax breaks and not tax levels? So all would be ok if we just closed all the loopholes and taxed enough? Wiley, I don't know if you are just loaded with money or if you just grew up with a silver spoon and never had to think, but I assure you, the problem is not the fact that our government isn't spending and taxing enough.
