A spirited race for governor may be on tap for next year with two marquis names possibly on the ballot. Former NYC Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and Attorney General Andrew Cuomo are both thought to be in the hunt to replace David Paterson at the mansion on Eagle Street in Albany. A gubernatorial race, 2 US Senate Races, Congressional Race and the biannual effort to defeat Senator Aubertine could make for an exciting 2010.
Governor run on former Mayor Rudy Giuliani's mind, says top ally Pete King

Oh goody...more 9/11 diatribe from America's Mayor
america's mayor giuliani, how corny
the big apple found that a bit thorny
he kept a whore in his house
down the hall from his spouse
family values be damned, he was horny
Let's see now, one one hand we have Giuliani-------on the other hand Cuomo. Hmmmm, sorta like looking at two sides of the same horse. And BOTH sides smell like horse s%^t to me. The reality of the matter is, no one living north of Poukeepsie will ever be Governor of N.Y., wich means we in the north country have as much representation in the governors office as we do in the rest of N.Y. government. Which is to say 0.
3:30 well we dont have politicians who are used to playing hardball for one thing. for another, we dont live in the fast lane.
Rudy's tired old and over the hill living on rep that was largely tarnished in recent times , 'member Bernie Kerick ?? As far as his 911 rep --yawn yawn what has he done lately?
Bloomberg would be a better and stronger choice
Bloomberg? With all due respect, you can't possibly be serious. If you really are seroius about Mr. Bloomberg, you need to do a more thorough research of the man. Cuomo and Giuliani are bad enough. There has to be SOMEBODY out there somewhere who would make a better Governor than any of the above! Oh, excuse me, this is N.Y. after all. Silly me!
3:30 to Anonymous,
You are absolutly right. The Bill Sears, John O'Neils and Ron Staffords are long gone. All we seem to have representing the north country right now are Casper Milqtoast types.
